Emma Kelly | Physiotherapist and Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner

Emma works with women who are ready to come home to themselves, reconnecting with their bodies, nervous systems, and inner world in a way that feels safe, compassionate, and grounded. Her work is particularly supportive for women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of over-functioning or shutdown, and who are seeking a slower, body-led approach to healing.

With nearly 10 years of experience as a registered physiotherapist in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, Emma brings a deep understanding of the body alongside advanced training in trauma-informed somatic therapy. She weaves together Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Somatic Attachment Therapy, nervous system education, mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, and Pilates to support embodied awareness, regulation, and self-trust.

Emma’s approach is relational, trauma-informed, and led by presence. She creates a safe, attuned space where women can slow down, listen to their bodies, and meet themselves with care and curiosity, restoring a sense of wholeness, resilience, and inner aliveness from the inside out.

1:1 ONLINE Somatic Coaching

These one-to-one somatic sessions offer a gentle, supportive space to explore your nervous system and develop a deeper understanding of how it shapes your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships. Together, we move at your pace, guided by what your body is ready to share in each moment.

Using trauma-informed somatic tools such as breathwork, mindful awareness, gentle movement, guided imagery, and nervous system education, we focus on cultivating safety, presence, and regulation in the body. Rather than analysing or fixing, we listen. This work invites you to tune into the subtle cues of your body; posture, tension, sensation, emotion, and impulse and learn how to respond to them with care, curiosity, and choice.

These sessions are collaborative and relational, always honouring consent, capacity, and your unique nervous system. You are never pushed to go anywhere your body isn’t ready to explore.

Chaque saison, nous proposons une série de cours de yoga sur un thème différent, pour vous reconnecter à votre corps, votre esprit et le monde qui vous entoure.

Notre cycle actuel, ‘L’hiver en présence ’ est complet. Le prochain cycle de printemps débutera en avril 2026, avec une pratique Vinyasa dynamique adaptée à tous les niveaux.

Ces cycles sont conçus pour être suivis dans leur intégralité, afin de soutenir une progression régulière, physique et mentale.

Des séances privées de Pilates ou Yoga sont également disponibles sur demande.

Grounded to Glow

Grounded to Glow is a 12-week, trauma-informed small-group journey that supports you in moving from safety and self-awareness to embodied confidence, joy, and empowerment. Through live group sessions, personalised somatic work, reflective workbooks, and expert teachings, you’ll explore your body, emotions, and inner world in a safe, nurturing space.

By the end of Grounded to Glow, you’ll feel grounded in your body, connected to your resilience, and ready to carry your glow into everyday life. Ready to begin?
